About Us

We are a national award-winning ice cream business located just outside of Des Moines in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Our super-premium ice cream is crafted with the best ingredients, sourced from local Iowa dairies and small businesses, and made in our family-owned shop. Boasting an extensive menu featuring over 31 fabulicious flavors, including freshly made non-dairy and vegan alternatives each week! Established over a decade ago, our ice cream shop has been a cherished part of the neighborhood, bringing joy to families and friends alike. We are dedicated to building on the rich tradition of our beloved shop. We believe in the power of a perfect scoop to create lasting memories, and we are committed to providing you with the best ice cream experience possible.

"Got a love all the unique flavors and ice cream cakes at over-the-top in Pleasant Hill. My personal favorite has it how do you get a second mini scoop on top of every ice cream cone so you can try a new flavor. There are never any pictures because my kids eat it so fast!"
